Steve Wilder, Vice President at The Walt Disney Company

His department is responsible for directing Disney’s worldwide corporate Risk Management program. Steve’s recognitions include Business Insurance’s Risk Manager of the Year and RIMS highest honor, The Goodell Award, for his lifetime achievements in risk management. Steve is also a former National President of the Risk Insurance Management Society.


Ricardo Lara, Insurance Commissioner, CA Department of Insurance

Ricardo is California’s eighth insurance commissioner since voters created the elected position in 1988. Commissioner Lara previously served in the CA legislature. He wrote the nation’s first climate insurance law, SB 30, to engage the insurance industry in the fight against environmental disaster. Raised in East Los Angeles by immigrant parents, Commissioner Lara made history in 2018 by becoming the first openly gay person elected to statewide office.


Kevin Wyatt, Head of Insurance and Business Risk, Robinhood

Robinhood is a financial services company known for pioneering commission free trades of stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrency. As of 2021, Robinhood has 31 million users. Prior to Robinhood, Kevin was in risk management at Amazon for 12 years.


Sharon Koches, 2021 President of the CPCU Society

Sharon is the Founder and CEO of Managing Performance, LLC,  providing P&C consulting and human capital development solutions for insurance companies and their agency distribution networks.  Sharon’s area’s of expertise include Independent Agency Operations, Large Account Alternative Market Underwriting, Insurance Association Management, and Training. 


Vida Thomas, Partner at Oppenheimer Investigations Group LLP

Vida has practiced employment law for more than two decades, and conducted well over 200 workplace investigations. She is very experienced in Title IX, Title 5, the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights, and the Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights. Vida is adept at investigating complex matters involving high profile employers and individuals.


Emy Donavan is a Partner at Fin venture capital where she evaluates insurance and underwriting programs for startups, VC portfolios, and large technology risks on a local and global basis. Emy most recently served as the Chief Underwriting Officer for Resilience (formerly Arceo), where she advised the Executive Team and Board on product choice, positioning, and competitive considerations. Emy's prior experience spans more than 17 years of Cyber, Technology, and Specialty E&O-dedicated experience at several of the largest PI and Cyber carriers in the U.S. and international markets. 


Alicia Santocki is a partner with Freeman, Mathis and Gary in New York where she is Director of the firm’s proprietary program for client compliance and risk assessment.  Alicia has over two decades of experience handling claims and monitoring litigation. Her experience includes the US,  London and Bermuda. She is a Board member of Women in Cyber Leadership, and was the 2020 recipient of the Advisen Cyber Risk Newcomer Award.


Amanda Stantzos is the Vice President of Cyber Underwriting and the Midwest regional manager for Corvus, based in Chicago, IL. She has more than seven years of experience as a Cyber and Tech E&O Underwriter. Amanda joined Corvus more than two years ago from Tokio Marine HCC where she was an Assistant Vice President of Cyber & Tech E&O underwriting.


Jenny Soubra serves as leader of the US Cyber and Tech E&O Practice for Canopius. She was appointed to this position in October 2019, after the merger between Canopius and AmTrust at Lloyd's. Based in San Francisco, Ms. Soubra brings more than 20 years of Financial Lines underwriting and management experience at some of the largest global insurers.
